Job Description

As a Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for the following main duties:

Solution Consultant and Implementation

  • Be responsible for project implementation meetings and calls with clients.
  • Ensure all new Talent Solution are built, delivered and made live within the established SLA
  • Works with sales and clients to ensure expectations are clear, realistic and to provide an excellent experience throughout the delivery process
  • Manage change requests or edits to all Talent Solution.
  • Manage all feature add-ons and/or post-launch set-ups
  • Manage all hand-offs and coordinates among various teams throughout the build process to ensure quality and timeliness
  • Present the final Talent Solution product to the client for approval and train client’s team on how to effectively use software.
  • Handle clients' complaints, feedback, bugs (inbound calls/emails).

Customer Service

  • Suggests ideas to improve services/ product
  • Daily/ weekly/ quaterly report
  • Establishment of policies and develop procedures for Job seeker/ Employer services and others.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Technical background preferable
  • 1 - 2 years experience in consulting in enterprise software solutions and implementation
  • Good at English and well knowledge about human resources/ Customer Service/ Market
  • Ability to lead and manage complex tasks and work with multiple clients at the same time while effectively managing their implementations
  • Good computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications
  • Good analysis and problem-solving skills to understand fulfillment requirements
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of management and roles within the client organization.
